  1. Processing & Production Time (Print-on-Demand): All of our products are made to order, especially for you! This means that when you place an order, we print and fulfil it on demand.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it ships.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak holidays or high-volume seasons, production times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Once your item has been printed and packed, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our fulfilment facility. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

  2. Multiple Packages: Because we utilise print-on-demand fulfilment partners, items in the same order may be shipped separately to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. Don’t panic if one item arrives before the other—the rest of your order is on its way!

  3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes DISQUIETED.MEDIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  4. Damages & Incorrect Addresses

  • Damages: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery at SIMON.RUSSELL-ROBERTS@DISQUIETED.MEDIA with a photo of the product, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
